How do you ensure quality?

Environmental impact is at the heart of our entire development process and interwoven throughout every piece that we create. From supplier selection, to material use and utilization, to informing our customers about how to care for their products to prolong lifespan, we believe in minimizing waste. Our environmental impact and minimal waste policy is something we are proud of and will continue to improve each day.

How do I care for my pieces?

Most STUNR pieces can be hand or delicate washed then hung to dry. Our kimonos and reversible headbands require a little more tender love and care. They’ll last longer that way. We are dealing with silk after all

Here are a few easy tips to keep them pristine and long lasting:

  1. Dry clean, whenever possible. 
  2. Otherwise, hand or delicate wash in a mesh bag. Be sure to COLD wash alone or with similar colors.
  3. Post spin cycle hang, lay flat or tumble dry, no HEAT!  


All orders are sent via USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex. We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders except scrunchies, or on orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $2.99. Standard shipping takes up to 8-15 days (this may vary for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii) from ship date.

In our attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, orders cannot be edited or cancelled once submitted.

    • 1-day shipping orders need to be placed by 2PM EST to ship the same day

Do you ship internationally?
  • Please Contact us for international shipping. As a startup it is not currently a common practice, however, we are willing to accommodate certain orders

How can I track my order?

Once you’ve placed an order with us, we’ll send you your tracking info via email. Note that this can take up to five business days.

Still haven’t received your tracking info?

    • Check your spam folder—it can get stuck in there sometimes
    • If you already have a STUNR account login, you can also find your tracking number there 
    • Still not seeing it? Don’t worry—just contact our customer service team and they’ll investigate.

Return and Exchange Policy

With the exception of masks, returns are accepted for all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt of order for a full refund. All tags and labels must be attached. Masks and scarf masks are final sale. Unless there is a problem with your order, all customers are liable for associated return shipping fees.

All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging along with the original invoice (where applicable). All items must include the original dust bags.  We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the above conditions.  Please allow 1 week from the time we receive your your return for it to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Once your return is scanned into transit, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method with the initial purchase amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

Please note that if you are returning multiple orders, each order will need to be returned in a separate box, using the unique label assigned for that order. This will ensure that the returns are processed correctly and timely!

Please take care in packing your STUNR merchandise for return. We cannot be responsible for any STUNR items that are damaged when being returned to our facility.


As we are still growing, exchanges can only be made for inventory currently in stock. Should your desired item not be available, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.

Damages and Defective Product Policy

We offer a 14 day guarantee for damaged items. If the product you ordered is damaged upon receipt, please report it to us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return for a full refund.
